"Super comfortable beds, the staff very helpful and accommodating. A great variety of amenities, the food and wine selection is top notch. I will definitely be back."

"Habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, desayuno bastante completo, atencion impecable, para recomendar y volver."

"Property is located outside of the city in a beautiful spot around the mountains with a great garden. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. "

"Owners and staff makes you feel like at home, very attentive. Access is a little hard due to the road and not all drivers are familiar with the hotel, however the view is priceless"

"The owners/management of Hotel Abuelo are a gracious family who spoiled us with their hospitality. The staff was very professional and kind."

"Muy cómodo, seguro y limpio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Queda a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, suficientemente cerca para tener acceso a los servicios de la ciudad y moderadamente lejos para no sentir el ruido. La altura no molesta, Carhuaz está a 2600 msnm. El nombre de CASA le va muy bien, uno se siente en familia desde el momento en que llega. Perfecto lugar de base para explorar el Callejón de Huaylas."

"The property was very nice and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Plenty of hot water and towels. The issues we had were communication related. I got a welcome email but when we arrived about 8:30 pm there was confusion regarding our reservation. Our unit was not ready and they had to make up all 5 beds. We requested a taxi pickup at 0630 but no one arrived and at 0700 we arranged our own uber pickup. The address also directed our driver to a different property."

"Excelente hotel, convenient and very clean . Absolutely would stay there again"
