"We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Savoy hotel. All the staff were friendly and always checked that we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing - such a good choice of delicious food and several waiting staff on hand to serve us. The Japanese garden was a beautiful and relaxing area, with lovely hedges offering privacy to enjoy our drinks in peace. The sky bar had amazing views of the lake and the city and we were welcome to have just drinks there before they served dinner to other guests later on. The spa was immaculate and they had a welcome separate spa for women, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Our suite was very comfortable with much needed air conditioning. We would gladly return here."

"The airport shuttle was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and willing to answer all our questions. The city train/bus/ferry pass helped cut down on travel costs and made it easy to get around the area. The view from hotel window, pool and patio was beautiful and the pool was warm and spacious. Breakfast was very good. A/c worked very well and we were there during a heat wave. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed Grand Hotel du Lac in May and enjoyed the best of Swiss hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The breakfast staff were wonderful, taking the time to describe the artisan breads and ensuring there was always a fresh platter of fruit available. The waiters and sommelier took their time to take us on a culinary menu exploration to help with our choice. The valet remembered our names, which made our stay feel even more personal and the reception staff were most welcoming. The chambermaids were excellent, providing a lovely evening turndown service that added a touch of luxury each day and making sure we have our chocolates. The hotel is a very special and charming place, where impeccable service is matched only by its breathtaking setting. Waking up to the stunning views over Lake Geneva and the Alps was truly unforgettable and a room with a view is highly recommended. This is one of those rare hotels that feels like a home away from home and will hold a special place in my heart. We can already see ourselves returning year after year. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Hotel du Lac for making our stay so memorable."

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised once again by Denis that he wanted to show us our new room to be sure it is what we want and he offered to transfer all of our luggage to the new room even we were on a rush to catch our first city tour. Breakfast buffet was great with cold and hot items and various selections. Congratulations to Denis and entire staff for providing superb and awesome service. I hope management recognizes the entire staff for providing such an excellent service with smile. Thank you so much."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful view from the balcony over the lake. Must be one of the nicest positions in the vineyards in Chexbres area. Room was fine size, nice en suite. Comfortable beds. No Aircon or fridge which would have been nice in the heatwave. Would definitely go again."
