"Everything was good. Great location and very pretty grounds. We wish the fireplace was turned on in the sitting area in the evening when it cooled down.. would have been a nice area to hang out. Some areas smelled musty, the carpet on the stairs is in need of replacement. We requested a late checkout and the fee was going to be $50 for 1 hour.. the whole night was only <$150.. that seemed a bit exorbitant so we declined. "

"The home was so comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially like the little extra touches like K-cups for the coffee maker and all the light switches were labeled (so helpful). Our favorite part of the house was the sunroom, a great space! The owners were very helpful and gracious. This was a nice quiet area. We would stay again. "

"First off workers are great and just doing the best they can. We got there about 6:20 and check in was very rough. They have a very old system for taking payment took quite a while. First room they gave us the key lock did not work it just spun. They gave us another room and it worked. One nice thing is most rooms have covered parking. Our minivan fit under it just fine. Rooms are pretty small and very dated. Had 2 double beds and that took up most of the floor space. This is a theme in brownwood and early rooms are very expensive for what you get and thats not just here. Check out was very easy thankfully they just took the key. "
