"I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were delightful and quick to help. My room was well equipped for a business visit with good working space and wifi, as well as being comfortable, quiet and had a great view towards the beach and sea. I used the gym, ate breakfast and had coffee from the coffee bar - all very acceptable. It has my recommendation"

"Everything was great including the room very nice and the breakfast was great. We booked the executive club, which were not informed, so couldn’t take advantage. Secondly the hotel gets too busy from outsiders to take pictures, Which i found annoying. Perhaps separate entrance for room guest. We we not also informed of the other facilities available including in the hotel. If the management takes into consideration this could be a great place to stay."

"Staff gave 7 star service. From the lady at the restaurant to reception. They made my experience so wonderful and even went with me to the shops to find a traditional dress.They also arranged a personal assistant inside the airport to get me quickly through the budy crowds. 7 star service all the way at the Western maple leaf airport"

"Reception staff ok . Room clean was ok . But not that upgraded Needs renovation. Staff behaviour was ok. "

"The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. "
