"Excellent service from start to finish. The food was always delicious with a great variety of choices every day. Staff was friendly, attentive, and made the stay even more enjoyable. That’s why we always come back — no other place compares. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!"

"I didn't like the chicken took over an hour the staff is very slow they do not care about customer service and they charge you for everything and the rooms are super overpriced for the room that you get they do not have AC they don't offer any special amenities the windows are rotten so the rooms are definitely super overpriced for what you get and the security guards have terrible people skills"

"This place has a beautiful sunset/sunrise to look at! Food was great too. However, you can hear everything while in your room. You can hear people above your room and right outside the door too. We heard the music from the 3rd floor coming from the bar in the lounge. Also heard people’s suitcases rolling on the floor passing by our room as the door was shut. There isn’t a hairdryer in the room either. And, my biggest concern, was exposed wiring throughout the resort. The wires were not tucked away at all and just had a cap on them with electrical tape. It was decent, but if you want a good nights rest, I’d reconsider staying here."

"I had arrive around 1pm and requested an early check in if any rooms were available. I also paid a fee for this assuming the room I was going to be given was check in ready. Unfortunately the room wasn’t properly cleaned the restroom was filled with urine all over the floor and the smell was very strong. I proceeded to inform the front desk staff who was rude and insinuated we possibly caused that mess. It would be helpful to have honesty next time if they really didn’t have any rooms available for early check in or ensure the managers are double checking these rooms. The pillow linens were stained and overall the cleanliness was just not acceptable. Valet during the day was also not very pleasant and had an attitude when bringing the car around. I would recommend staying elsewhere in this area."

"Bi- lingual staff, one speaks Japanese they all remembered me by first name Delicious, cooked to order, healthy breakfast Slippers and bathrobes in the room Quiet and secure room with a view of a magnificent pool and spa. A beautiful succulent, cactus garden A food court with many delicious choices and most important east access to the border and airport"

"Todo estuvo muy bien, nos quedamos ahí porque sabía de ese hotel desde mi niñez y quería que mis hijas experimentaran el hospedarse ahí. El personal muy atento, desde que llegamos. Necesitábamos dos cuartos y nos acomodaron las habitaciones juntas. Estuvimos en el restaurant bar de la instalación y comimos un aguachile, delicioso, y tomamos bebidas muy buenas. La alberca para las niñas estaba fresca pero como estaba a 90 durante el día estuvieron felices hasta que la cerraron a las 10pm. El servicio del bar trae las bebidas a la alberca también. La seguridad excelente, los carros se estacionan adentro sin cobro extra y en la noche de cierra el establecimiento y solo personas con tarjeta de habitación pueden entrar al hotel. Tiene brunch buffet de $600 pesos por persona y las cabañas tienen incluido un desayuno continental. Nos hubiese gustado saber la diferencia cuando nos registramos, antes de ir a ver los restaurantes del desayuno. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida llegó a la habitación en 15-20 minutos. Por fuera el hotel, no se ve espectacular, pero las instalaciones por dentro están muy bien cuidadas y el servicio excelente. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos en el Hotel Lucerna otra vez."
