"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A special shoutout to the staff who provided truly outstanding service. The location is ideal: perched on the hill so it’s easy for cars to access, yet still well within short walking distance of the town center, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel with great staff and a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent - possibly the best chicken curry I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The only downside is that is quite far from the centre of Ella - and getting a Tuk-Tuk through PickMe was almost impossible - meaning I had to pay at least twice as much to flag one down."

"We had a wonderful stay at Elevate Ella! The location is perfect, with amazing views that make the stay truly special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The pool is lovely and the perfect spot for some afternoon relaxation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with something different each day and a great mix of local and Western options. There was plenty of variety, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, the combination of the beautiful views, perfect location, spacious rooms, relaxing pool, varied breakfast, and warm hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ella!"

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!"
