They offer nostalgic games for family play, which we loved. I deducted a star only because there is not a king size bed as stated, and you really can't walk to the beach without crossing US 23, which I didn't want to try with kids. The GPS showed cottage on east side of road, it is on the west."

"There are three A frames tucked away and the end of a road and the location is excellent. It was so quiet at night that sometimes had to remember that the back door was open. My wife and I traveled with our kayaks and this was a perfect location as a local launch was just around the corner. While we were on the bay, the water at the time we were there was a bit low to launch into. The cabin was very neat and had just enough space and amenities for our needs. "I stayed at the keeper's house on Charity Island in mid-August with my parents, daughter, and nieces (ages 8-10). It's such a unique stay and very peaceful. The house is spacious and fairly well stocked, though we spent most of the time outside. There are two beach areas- one rocky and one sandy- and the water is shallow (<4 ft) quite a ways out, which was perfect for the kids.
