"We had a suite room, which was quite large, with a view of the harbor and cruise ship terminal. Everything needed was provided, and more. We were able to extend checkout an extra hour to accommodate a morning tour we had scheduled, which was much appreciated. Also, the hair dryer was one of the best hotel hair dryers I've ever used."

"There was an accident which caused the electric pole to come down and we had no electricity this morning. There was only one lane to get out of the parking lot and the police blocked some of that. If there had been a fire, we would not been able to get out. Need a second exit from the back parking lot, very dangerous situation. "

"We had a great stay at the Press Hotel in October to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and the location is great. Close to all we wanted to do. We did not dine in the restaurant but it looked lovely. The room we were in was nice and spacious with a comfy bed and really nice bathroom. Our only complaint is that the heating/cooling in our room did not seem to work efficiently. We would set the thermostat to 66 to sleep and it would never get below 68 degrees in the room. However, the hallways of the hotel were nice and cool. We actually opened the window a few nights to let some crisp, fall air in. I did not notify the front desk but if I was there longer I would have. When we are back in the area we will stay here again for sure."
