We booked through Expedia and will NOT do that again. Because of our flight disruption, we had to cancel the first night and Expedia told me that the HOTEL would not allow that inside of 24 hours. The hotel however told me that was NOT TRUE and that Expedia should be refunding me for that night. As to the hotel---very nice! The front supervisor was outstanding and even gave us complimentary breakfasts because of what we went through (with Expedia).

Immaculate and welcoming. Pleasant staff. My daughter and I had a very comfortable stay while in town for a dance competition. We had received notification prior to our stay that the pool and fitness center was closed due to renovations, and were disappointed that we didn’t pack our bathing suits when we found it was actually open. Parking was free but not plentiful- we came back late and all spaces were filled. Had to park next door in the hotel’s “event parking” which was fine but sidewalk to the hotel (not far) was completely covered in ice and not maintained the same as the spaces near the building.

Very nice hotel....newly renovated and it shows. Great room. Did not eat there but it looked nice. Front desk gentlemen was friendly. If I had to point out one flaw, parking is a little tight.

Big room but no door separating king bed bedroom with rest of the suite. Also no closet. No wear to hang anything and no coffee table. Staff was nice. Breakfast was poor quality for what you pay. Coffee was often out, but staff did make it when requested. Also hotels.com gave us false advertising that there was a hot tub. Very disappointed with this as that is one reason we booked there during our ski vacay.

Everything was fantastic! The front desk person, Jackie, was fantastic! My sister and I ABSOLUTELY loved her. So helpful and cordial. Breakfast was awesome. The waitress was so helpful. The room was spectacular! Loved the beds. Super comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel on three separate occasions and always been extremely satisfied.
