The hotel is very noisy though with loud music playing until 2am and kids playing and screaming in the corridors outside the rooms until very late! The staff are very friendly especially Manetallah at reception, she is extremely helpful and always smiling!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. The hotel’s beach access and pool were perfect for our family — clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our schedule, and we always had fresh towels and bottled water. The location is also ideal — close to local restaurants, shops, and a short drive from downtown Alexandria. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid beachfront hotel in Alexandria."
