Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin 303, you will experience a true vacationer’s paradise. To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and a comfortable king bed. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway and features granite countertops, floral décor and a stackable washer and dryer combination. A set of twin-sized bunk beds is nestled in the hallway, providing a cozy, relaxing area for the kids to unwind. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides a picturesque space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. There is seating for five at the kitchen breakfast bar, as well. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Panoramic gulf-front views of the serene emerald green waters welcome you from the balcony, with plenty of seating. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, third-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin beds in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The best!

This condo and building was so clean! Everyone was friendly, pools were very comfortable temp and located right on the beach. Perfect distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again! Beds were even super comfy ☺️

Great location

Our condo is our go to because it has a washer and dryer, but is definitely dated. The whole building is pretty outdated, but it’s budget friendly. The pull out bed is really uncomfortable and the internet connection is terrible. Also; not sure why someone decided it would be a great idea to paint the building in July and close/block half the parking lot and the pool to do so. Def could have waited til tourist season ended

Basically a hotel room. Couch desperately needs updated. Tub leaked somehow. At least leave salt/pepper...we flew in, we don't have these amenities & that's what we were looking for. Too many rules. Staff was great, view was great.

Great View and Location

We enjoyed our stay at SunDestin after booking only a week prior to coming. The room felt very clean but there was some noticeable wear and tear about. There was a medium size hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and the water closets toilet would re fill every 20 minutes or so and was so louad it would wake you from a sleep, we would turn water off to toilet at night. The internet is good enough to email on but Netflix or Amazon will be unwatchable. The convenience of their gift shop and bar & grill are very appreciated as well as the location right on the beach. I wanted to note as well that their staff were all very pleasant to deal with! I would definitely book again.

Upon arriving everything looked great, but guest service was terrible!! . The garbage disposal was plugged and they had to have known when cleaning it as soon as water was ran it was gross everything that was in the disposal was in the sink from previous vacationers. Appliance we’re broken .shower/tub didn’t drain nasty.. our washer and dryer was wedged in from of bathroom door so we could only use bedroom entry for restroom. Holes in walls.. toilet didn’t flush properly. You pay restorers fees and then have to pay for there umbrellas and chairs. Over all disappointing but the view was awesome water was perfect

Not the best but ok…

The unit was ok, the sliding door was very hard to open and the screen was out of place, we didn’t mention anything until it really became a hassle to open, and it was fixed the next day. I felt a little claustrophobic because there was not much room move around in that room. The sofa is very uncomfortable and needless to say that sofa bed is even worse. Please have someone clean that shower head, I am very tall and it disgusted me to see grime where the water comes out of. Also, that tub drain needs to be fixed because the water builds up and then you are showering with a bunch of dirty water over your feet. Eventually, it drains but very slow. Other than that, location was great and staff was cordial.

Furniture needs replaced in living room.

Great view of the ocean. Pool located just under balcony. Make sure your parking pass is in plain sight. Had mine flipped up on mirror because it blocked my vision as I drove so I found a violation on my windshield. The condo was clean, with plenty of towels, washcloths, & hand towels. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal but the coffee carafe isn’t the one that fits the coffee maker so my husband had to use a spoon to raise the carafe so the coffee would come out. The sleeper sofa cushions are beyond wore out. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa because we didn’t need it. The cushion are very uncomfortable. There wasn’t a switch or pull chain that we could find to turn off the ceiling fan in living room. The note on the dryer says push the dryer back to close the bathroom door. We couldn’t get it to budge at all so the door from the hallway would not close completely. The kids said the bunks were comfy. The king bed was very comfortable to us with plenty of pillows. I would stay there again if the living room couch and chairs were replaced with something much more comfy. Lots of traffic after early morning. Lots of wrecks. Hard to make a left turn out of the condo because the traffic is constant most times.

Had to soak up water in bathroom floor every time took a shower. Air unit was outside bedroom door so it was very loud at night. Couch was sunk in, as well as, the bed. Would not stay at this place again.

Overall a great experience. Beach is pretty packed there. View from unit is awesome. Unit is nice, only issue is no way to avoid water in the floor from shower. Someone has installed some wings to try and stop it but it doesn’t work. That said definitely a super nice unit and amazing view! For the price it would hard to beat!

More like a hotel stay than anything. We flew in. No salt/pepper in the condo. Be hard to fit 6 in there. Couch was completely wore down. Shower leaked from somewhere. And the building just has too many rules. Beach was beautiful & employees were fantastic!
