It will be self-check-in with smart locks. Guests will have access to the entire house, except the locked owner closets.
Other things to note
Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained and behaved dogs
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding


KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- Kindly adhere to the quiet hours from 10PM till 7AM, which must be observed as per city ordinances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
- Owner/property manager does not have control over pool closure due to maintenance or emergency.
