Destin Harbor Townhome - Boat Slips - Walk to Beach - Waterfront Decks

Spacious 3 BR, 3 Bath townhome on the first Destin Harbor canal. Two deep water boat slips out back with multilevel decks for entertaining or sitting. How could you stay at a hotel?
2 joined living areas including 2 fridges, two sinks, 2 washers and dryers and plenty of room to spread out futons and blow up mattresses to separate the kids. First floor accessible with no stairs, just the threshold. Two additional queen sofa beds. Each BR has a full bath. Boatslips are north south and can handle large boats with 220 power and wash down. Slip 1, 19' beam, 54" +/-, feet long, Slip 2, 12' beam 30' long.
Walk to the beach at O'steen Access or Norriego Gate, or call for a water taxi to take you out on the Harbor or Crab Island. Home is located on the closest canal to the Destin Bridge, easy paddling distance to Crab Island. Beach sand entry to canal for launching. Paddle board available. Waterfront decks with fire pit, covered grill and picnic table for outdoor cooking. On Holiday Isle, central to everything. Biggest home in the complex with lots of space. Catch fish off the docks or sit out at night on the decks with a glass of wine and watch the mullet jump and listen to the water. Two fridges for the wine and beer or the ice cream :).
If you are bringing a boat, let me know and we have found off site trailer parking for $ 25 a night. 430 Fleshman Ave to the right of the driveway.

If you use the grill, please wipe it down and use the grill brush.. We are ok with leaving the grease as this will protect against the rust.
Parking is a premium. We have 2 spaces nose in in front of door and six angle parking. Please don't trespass on neighbor's parking.
Island HOA says no trailers of any kind on property including motorcycle trailers. Parking offsite for $ 25 a night at 430 Fleshman Ave.

Great location

Brad was very accommodating, great on communication and very helpful. Great house and great space. Beaches in both directions and having the dock was a game changer. We brought our own boat but you can rent a boat to keep there as well. It opened up so much of Destin that most don’t get to see.Highly recommend this property

GREAT LOCATION to access Crab Island and local restaurants.

Brad was an EXCELLENT host. Easy to communicate with, and any questions/concerns were answered asap. I would highly recommend. Location is close to Crab Island and lots a great restaurants to go by via boat. Incredibly convenient!!

Water, boat slips, lotsa room! It can accommodate three couple and each can have some privacy, it worked out great! Had a couple questions and Brad answered them right away.

Great canal home with 2 boat slips & trailer parking

This is the perfect condo for 3 couples and 2, boats. Condo offers 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs along with a washer & dryer & kitchenette. Siding doors to bottom deck where you can cook on the grill or sit by the fire pit and relax by the boats. Upstairs has another bedroom, bathroom, washer & dryer, full kitchen and living room. Sliding doors to top deck. Brad is an amazing host and you can call him anytime with questions. Super nice!! Also offers an off-site lot to park boat trailers there during your stay. IT’S PERFECT FOR BOATERS!!!!!! Oh and this condo offers some extra parking spots for family or friends to come visit

AWESOME home for boaters, great location & GREAT host!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this home and most importantly the host, Brad. He responds super quick with any & all questions. Home was gorgeous & we were able to bring (2) boats and he has an off-site lot near boat launch to store boat trailers. Plenty of vehicle parking at condo. We enjoyed being able to use the paddle boards on-site. PLENTY of space for 3 couples, separate rooms and 3 bathrooms. Full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs was nice to keep drinks & snacks while hanging out on dock/porch. Beds comfy, 2 washer & dryers, AC worked GREAT, very clean, NICELY stocked full kitchen upstairs. We will be booking here again for our next stay :) Again, Brad is a WONDERFUL host!!!! You will not be disappointed, I promise!!!! Boaters paradise, closest canal to Crab Island. You simply idle the whole way there & enjoy the scenery of the Harbor walk restaurants & bars along the way and you can also hang out at the beach across from the Harbor walk (pull boat up on the beach) and watch all the boats/yachts go by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Perfect Harbor Stay

Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place.

This place was great. We enjoyed are stay. We are a fishing family. We enjoyed fighting of the dock. My husband now has a story of the one that got away... i would suggest labeling the light switches. There is a lot of light switches.. But a great please..

Great house overall. There was plenty of space for our group. We brought 2 boats and it was so convenient to have them right out the back door. The parking was enough for our 3 trucks. The house was well stocked and clean. Location was close to shops and food. The host was very attentive and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

Host was great. Checkin was smooth. House was dated and could have been cleaner. Dust build up in corners and vents, walls in bathroom were dirty, popped balloons under one of the foot stools in the open room downstairs. Refrigerator down stairs smelled heavy of fish. Location was awesome!

Harbor side Heaven

Rented property for gathering of family. Excellent location close in with family in Ild Destin. Really enjoyed the multilevel decks and fishing and bird watching from docks. Goo location for the younger ones to paddle board and bike. Owner was very accommodating.

Nice Waterfront Townhouse

The overall stay was excellent, Brad the host is very nice and prompt to make sure everything is ok. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars on cleanliness is only due to side yard. Pets are welcome which is great, but is was about the only place to walk dogs and it was pretty overgrown. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location with a Boat

We had an amazing time here! The owner Brad is super responsive to any questions or needs. We took our boat, and the boat dock was great. It was a super short ride out to Crab Island! The place is spacious and the AC WORKS! Plenty of fridge space and parking at this unit. The neighbors were also friendly. Short distances to grocery stores and some fantastic restaurants. Overall it was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

Outdated kitchen.

The location was great. A nice place, but the appliances need updated and there were cracked tiles in the kitchen. Listing states two kitchens, but the second “kitchen” is just a refrigerator and sink; no microwave or stove.
