    The Space:

    This fine Emerald Towers unit has a cozy coastal design. You will surely enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a perfect view of the pool area from a private second floor balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full size upgraded appliances as well as everything needed to make home cooked meals. The living room is well appointed with recently upgraded living room furniture including a sofa sleeper, matching loveseat, nice end and coffee tables, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. There is plenty of dining seating with table for four as well as bar stools. The master bedroom offers a comfortable retreat from the beach with a nice quality king bed, designer bedding, a flat screen TV, a DVD, and access to the Gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Also enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer.

Unit is very poorly kept. Many broken things throughout (drawer in kitchen, door on dresser, broken lampshade) Can’t open the dishwasher because the door hits the oven. Carpet in master bedroom has big ripples in it and is filthy. Couch is dirty and stained, living rug needs cleaning. Patio door lock has been poorly fixed and difficult to lock. This is the worst rental I have ever stayed. Checkin was difficult as they failed to give us the gate code, called the number they gave us and were on hold for over 15 minutes until another resident gave us the code. Would not rent from Avari Management again. No coffee or coffee filters available. Never had this occur before.
