This stunning newly renovated pet-friendly home, Goldfinch, offers 4 generous bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, & a wonderful location in Destin, FL. The full kitchen, dining area, & living room are elegantly decorated & provide the perfect place to spend quality time with the family. Watch a movie on the large HDTV or go for a swim in the private pool (that can be heated for an additional fee). On warm days, you can enjoy an afternoon barbecue with the grilling station & wet bar while sitting around the outdoor dining area & then cool off in the crisp cool water of the private pool. This home also comes with a foosball table and ping pong table.

With two floors of luxurious space, in this Destin vacation rental home, you will certainly have enough room for the whole family. There are two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, private bathrooms, HDTVs, and desks with a computer monitor. One is located on the first floor & the other on the second floor. So you can spread out & have privacy. The master king suites bathroom on the first floor offers a jacuzzi tub & double walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two queen size beds, HDTV, & an attached bath. The fourth bedroom loft offers an HDTV, two twin over twin size bunk beds & a twin trundle bed to sleep a total of 5, perfect for children! While this home does not offer cable it does feature streaming services on all TVs with YouTube TV & Amazon Fire TV Sticks. This home is great for a stress-free family vacation. Plus, you can even bring the family dog! This vacation rental home also offers a half bath off the pool area patio, a laundry room with a washer & dryer, another half bath off the common areas, an attached garage, & sleeps a total of 13 guests.

Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted price so if you're interested please let us know!

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Pool area was great and kids loved riding on the golf carts to the beach and to the park right down the road. Property manager was very response to the few questions we had when checking in. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, great house.

The house was perfect for us. The golf carts made it super convient to get to the beach, and the pool kept the kids happy while we werent at the beach. Plenty of local places deliver with door dash so social distancing was easy. The internet was fast (100 down/20 up) so working while I was there was great. Overall really happy, and we'll definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this location for a good reason. It is a great location and is a perfect size for out 3 families (6 adults, and 6 kids). We love the enclosed pool area at the house as well as access to the playground, pool, and courts at the club house which our kids love. House is beautiful; however it is shows a little wear and tear a could use a little TLC on the flooring, doors and pool. With that said we love this place and would recommend.

Summer Vacation

Enjoy the open concept from the kitchen living room and dinning. Also we can see the kiddos from the kitchen swimming. Rooms were big enough including the restrooms. The bunk beds were awesome for the kiddos. The beach was not even far from our rental house. Overall we had so much fun and comfortable with this house rental.

This property is located close to beach, great restaurants and close to all shopping and activities. House needs some TLC. Back door by outdoor pool was broken, sofas and mattresses need replacing, went to use outdoor grill and found there was no propane for the grill. Otherwise this property has everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice but needs maintenance

The house is very nice and just as pictured. However the amenities need maintenance or upgrading. The golf carts provided are very used and one barely had brakes. The bicycles also need work! The garage door is very close to breaking and we were thankful it didn’t while we stayed. The grill also needs to be replaced. Overall we had a nice stay and it is in good proximity to beaches and all Destin has to offer!
