The updated, fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with a large pantry closet. From the dining area, step onto the large, partially shaded back deck, overlooking the private pool and lawn. Furnished with deep-seating lounge furniture and a BBQ grill, this space offers shade by day and a starlit view by night. On the main floor, you will also find a convenient half bathroom and a walk-in laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Make your way downstairs to find the guest suite. The guest suite features private access to the back patio and pool, offering a queen bed and a full bath.

Make your way upstairs, where three additional bedrooms await. The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and whirlpool tub, and a balcony overlooking the pool with glimpses of the Gulf. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over a queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, share a full bath, each offering comfortable accommodation and access to the expansive family porch that spans the front of the home.

The loft on the top floor provides a cozy retreat with a queen bed, TV, and panoramic views from its wraparound balcony, offering a glimpse of Destin Pointe, coastal lakes, and partial views of the Gulf and the East Pass.
