Relax on your private balcony and enjoy watching boats pass by while experiencing the best of Destin's harborfront lifestyle. Parking is $50.00 per vehicle for your stay, two cars max.



The Space:

This inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. The fully stocked kitchen features a breakfast bar, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Relax in the spacious living area, complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The primary suite includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds and easy access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and a private balcony with beautiful harbor views, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.



Guest Access:

Please be aware that the Dolphin Point complex is currently undergoing exterior restoration in phases based on building. The balcony of unit 305C is blocked off and will not be accessible through mid June 2026. Work is expected to continue until August 2026. Occupants will experience dust, debris and noise during business hours and see construction activity in the various areas of the complex. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
