FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and the living area looks out onto the patio. The landscaped back patio offers plenty of seating and a private gas grill, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining. A guest bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunk beds and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on this floor. The living area couch converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger groups.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor includes the main living area featuring comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace. One of the home’s beachfront balconies is accessible from the living area and is perfectly furnished for entertaining or simply relaxing together and enjoying the beautiful Destin atmosphere.

The kitchen is located on the second level and includes high-end appliances and custom cabinets. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you would need to enjoy your family’s favorite meals together while on vacation. A breakfast table in the kitchen area offers seating for four and there are two additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. The dining area has seating for 10 at the table. There is a half bathroom located on this floor. Both of the couches in the living area convert to queen sleeper sofas to help accommodate larger groups traveling together.

THIRD FLOOR
The master bedroom offers a king bed and a private balcony to enjoy fabulous views. Located in the master bedroom is a cozy nook with a coffee maker and mini-refrigerator. The master bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Two guest bedrooms are located on this floor, each offering a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Destiny by the Sea's community pool is heated between February 28 to April 4 every year. If the weather is still cold after April 4, the HOA will decide if it is to remain heated for an extended period.
