Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum. This property is excellent for a romantic getaway or a family with small children. Capri 121 sleeps two. 1 Queen sized bed. Seasonal Beach Service is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Friday to Friday. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.


Capri 121 is located in a prime location in Destin! Nestled directly between the Destin Harbor and The Village of Baytowne wharf guests can experience the best of both worlds. It is very convenient to walk to Camille's, The Crab Trap or 790 on the Gulf for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, or Caption Dave's on the Gulf. Re: excellent location and value
No waiting on an elevator or lugging groceries upstairs. Loved parking right by the door and the ease of running from the beach to our place. White sand, emerald water, all the restaurants and shopping within a few miles, and gated for privacy. Beach chairs, towels, good water pressure, comfortable bed, and a reasonable price. We would recommend this property!

We really enjoyed this property, it was in a very populated area but very private and quaint. Relaxing and just a few shorts steps to the beach, plus the unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again :)

Fun Family Vacation!
I can't say enough how lovely this townhouse was! The property is gated and has a code to enter and so does each home. Which made me feel incredibly safe! Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and was stocked with most essentials. (I.e. pots, pans, toilet paper, towels if you forgot your own, paper towels! The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice size pull out coach for my kids. There was a private beach right out the back deck, and a nice bonus was having beach chairs included in our room. (Which are very expensive if you have to rent yourself)! I have nothing negative to say about this room and/or area! Also thankfully I didn't need to speak with management..but mostly because the booklet of instructions they left for us was pretty detailed. They even left some ideas on restaurants and activities for our area! We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner rather than later! 😉

Absolutely loved the property. One of the best times we have had together. The apartment was perfect size and the location was fabulous. We will be planning to come down again hopefully in September or early October. Everything was perfect.
