4-Bedroom Townhome with Beach Access and 300ft of Private Beach!
- Southbay by the Gulf #11 is 3-story unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor bedroom is set up like its own apartment with a dining table, access to the Patio/Community Pool, and a large living space. The main level features the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The 3rd Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This unit is on the North side of the lake and is a short walk to the beach.
Southbay by the Gulf is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.
