Welcome to Malanga Studio!<br>A spacious and comfortable apartment, designed for an authentic holiday in Guadeloupe.<br>Located in the luxury residence "O Coeur de Deshaies", it is ideal for a couple's stay.<br>From the hammock-chair on the terrace, or by the pool, you can enjoy its sea view, the song of the waterfall, and the proximity of the pretty village of Deshaies.<br><br>The room has a luxury "Grand Hotel Prestige" luxury 160 comfort queen size bed with mosquito net.<br>Air conditioning. Private parking on the same level. Wifi.<br>The bathroom is comfortable with Italian shower, toilet and hairdryer.<br>Equipped kitchen (hob, microwave oven and fridge-freezer) and storage cupboard.<br>Washing machine (laundry not provided).<br>Balcony with sea view, with table and chairs. A hammock-chair and a deck chair to enjoy the view with a book (or a glass of homemade planter).<br>Apartment not overlooked located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building.<br>Surface area 21 m² + 6 m2 of terrace.<br><br>The O cœur de Deshaies residence is, as its name suggests, a stone's throw from the charming fishing village of Deshaies, on a hill overlooking the city. <br><br>It is a small residence (only 14 apartments) renovated in 2016.<br><br>It has all the necessary comfort for a disconnected holiday. Here, there is no TV: the swimming pool and its waterfall await you, unless you prefer the beach!<br><br>The studio is ideally located on the ground floor of the highest building of the residence, with private entrance and parking. <br><br>The town of Deshaies is 500m away, 10 minutes walk (15 minutes on the way back, as the slope is quite steep). It is 2 minutes by car.<br><br>Deshaisiens since 2014, we do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable, while remaining discreet.<br>The arrival is autonomous, thanks to the map and the key box.<br>On site, we have provided an updated Book in 2 languages (French and English), in order to indicate the secret corners, the best beaches, the snorkelling spots, the good restaurants and much more.<br>We are 5 minutes away if necessary, however, and hyper reactive by messaging.<br><br>Car highly recommended to enjoy the charms of the beaches and visits to the area.<br><br>Our car hire partner Europcar guadeloupe (promo code ALIZE16), offers you a car at the airport at a competitive rate. <br><br>For any stay of 3 nights or more, a homemade planter will be waiting for you in the fridge. 😊<br><br>You will be able to enjoy the setting, the view and the garden of the residence. The swimming pool is only accessible to our guests between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., in order to respect the tranquility of the O Coeur de Deshaies complex. The common areas (including the pool deck and its facilities) are of course accessible outside these hours.
