"Staff were very helpful and polite, but lots of noise with doors and people walking upstairs and outside the hallway. Trash in the stairs pool chairs are really old not comfortable at all. AC very noisy. Location was perfect very convenient with shopping centers in the area. "

"My three adult sons and I came for a MLB spring training trip. We could not have picked a better home to stay in. 25-30 minute easy drive to Peoria Sports Complex.The home was beautiful and the pool with the Awatukee Foothills as a backdrop was amazing.Will definitely make this a repeat family adventure."

"Nice homey feel. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of nice little touches we noticed like different colour towels for different rooms and lots of throw blankets and pillows and pool towels. Pool and yard was a lovely setting for relaxing. "

"Great find for us. We shared this house with another family for a baseball tournament and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect for two families. Two rooms in the front of the house that share a bathroom, a second bathroom next to the third bedroom and the master bedroom of course, has it’s own bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool kept the kids busy while we barbecued. Our host was prompt and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again."

"This is a great home with many amenities. There were plenty of initial supplies. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We sent one message re the outside lights and never heard back. Some of the lights in the house did not work but didn’t bother with a message. The hot water in the master suite takes awhile to warm up. The largest downside was the street it’s on as many of the homes and cars looked not well taken care of-clearly no HOA here. "
