Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, espresso machine, drinking water filter system (so you won´t need to carry up heavy bottles), dishwasher, cooking utensils, access to the balcony that surrounds the apartment.

Property is in a great residential neighborhood, walkable to town centre, close to train station. Comfortable rooms and beds, kitchen space and appreciated the instruction manual emailed prior to check in. Communication with property manager/ owner was a tad bit challenging as they don't pick up the phone and the only option is to message. Leaving the keys in the lockbox is a task as the box is too small. Parking spot is quite a challenge for a car bigger than a small citroen. Overall a good experience and some opportunity to improve minor issues.

Das Apartment und vor allem dessen Lage ist sehr gut.Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht mehr funktionsfähig (bspw. die Rollläden) und in der Küche mangelte es etwas an Gläsern.Einen sehr faden Beigeschmack allerdings hinterlässt die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter:Bei unserer Ankunft lag noch der Restmüll der vorherigen Gäste in der Garage, die Rollläden waren größtenteils nicht funktionsfähig weil deren Fernbedienung nicht geladen werden konnte und obwohl ein Sonnenständer vorhanden war, konnten wir keinen Sonnenschirm finden.Grundsätzlich kein Drama. Also haben wir, wie in der Beschreibung des Apartments gewünscht, diese drei Punkte direkt kommuniziert.Bei Ankunft per WhatsApp und nachdem keine Reaktion kam, am nächsten Morgen über den Messenger des Buchungsportals. Auch hier: keine Reaktion.So wie bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts.Wir hatten Glück, dass zumindest das Rollo am großen Fenster des Wohnzimmers geöffnet war. In den übrigen Räumen waren diese geschlossen und ließen sich über den gesamten Zeitraum nicht öffnen.Erst zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise, erreichte uns eine WhatsApp mit der Bitte um ein Foto des Kuverts mit der Restzahlung, die es dort zu hinterlassen gab.Wurde von uns erledigt und auch darauf reagiert.Auf unsere vorherigen Nachrichten und auf eine Bitte um Stellungnahme seitens MGH Luxury, sowohl bei WhatsApp als auch über das Portal, kam bis heute keinerlei Reaktion. Unterirdisch.
