The concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be available throughout your stay for any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will greet you and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The service is available via chat, ensuring quick and personalised assistance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a supplement of 50.00 E for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 250 E, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. In case of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damage. Please note that pets are not allowed.
