Great accomodation

Amazing!! Great location and staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice, good size, very clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again, and felt very safe staying here alone.

Welcoming owner.

From when we checked in the owner is very friendly and welcoming and always polite. The hotel is fresh and looks like it's recently had a spruce up. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, hair everywhere (on the outside of the toilet bowl, floor and on the shower head) so definitely room for improvement on the cleaning side of things but overall pleasant enough to stay.

The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door. Other than this our stay was perfect with beautiful views and a strong, reliable air conditioning unit

As a tourist the hotel showed us the best parts of Lake Garda. The people working there was very friendly and if you had any questions they gladly helped us to find the best places to go to! Highly recommend

Very basic clean room with comfortable bed. Location was excellent close to main area and ferrys. Would recommend they add a handrail to stairs for safety. Make the entrance stand out more it is part of other building with other businesses.

Misleading Photos, Terrible Smell, No Staff —

This hotel is located very close to the city center. However, contrary to what is shown in the photos, the hotel is not by the lake. The lakeside restaurant that appears in the pictures is actually in another nearby town (Sirmione). This is very misleading! Also, the rooms smell terribly of sewage, which severely triggered our allergies. The rooms are also extremely small. In the evening, there is no one at the reception, and there is no water in the rooms. We couldn’t find anyone at the hotel, so we had to spend one night without water! One night we were also very cold and looked for an extra blanket, but again, the reception was unattended, and there was no one to talk to. We were freezing. Apart from being close to the city center, this hotel has nothing worth staying for! We also expressed our complaints, but they refused to refund us and left us with a terrible holiday experience.

There were no food options but o my a shirt walk to the centre where we found a great bakery coffee shop.. room was clean and met our needs could have done with an extra pillow and food f I asked I would have gotten. Great base for going out and about we were only in the room to sleep.

Hmm, I don’t like giving a below par review and I feel bad for the beautiful staff - they were excellent and went above and beyond to look after us, but the hotel is in desperate need of an update. The first thing we noticed was the terrible smell - it was awful. It improved a little bit with the window open, but because the road was noisy we had to shut it during the night. The toilet lid in our room was broken (not the seat, so it didn’t affect it - it’s just not a good look). The fridge and kettle operate off the same power point, so if you make a coffee and don’t swap the plugs back, the fridge won’t work (we found out the hard way ). The TV didn’t work (which the lovely receptionist tried and tried to fix for us - my husband ended up fixing it by turning the power off and back on again from the switchboard) - side note: there was no back on the TV remote. The room was definitely not worth the price and we wouldn’t stay here again.

Mycket spartanskt inrett, smalt, avlångt rum som saknade såväl krokar i badrummet som i rummet. Rummet saknade också garderob och sänglampor. Vidare fanns det damm/ludd på en av hyllorna på nattduksborden. Personalen var trevlig.

Très simple et bien.

Hotel vraiment tres simple sans services en extra, bien placé dans la ville vers le port. L'entrée peut faire peur mais l'essentiel reste la chambre et le confort dedans. La chambre est tres correct, bonne literie et propre. Parfait pour un petit sejour sur Desenzano.
