Overlooking Lake Garda, Delizioso Residence Vista Lago in Desenzano del Garda is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² apartment features a step-free interior, living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. For families, a travel cot, high chair, and children’s tableware are provided at no extra charge. The private covered terrace is perfect for relaxing evenings and features a child-safe gate.



Enjoy beautiful lake views and easy access to one of five pools, just ten meters away. Each pool is 1.48 meters deep; the pool in front of the apartment is shallow and suitable for children. Pools are not supervised but meet regulations. Guests have access to shared outdoor areas with pools, garden, and outdoor shower. The property is near the beach, public transport, a tennis court (15 minutes on foot), and Desenzano Port (7 minutes by car, 3.1 km), with lake ferries from Piazza Giacomo Matteotti.



Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom and a children’s room with three single beds (bunk bed and pull-out bed). Free street parking is available. The private garage fits one regular car next to a van (not two large cars side by side) and can also be used for motorcycles and bicycles. Bikes on racks and roof boxes must be removed before entering. Two pool loungers are provided in the garage, secured with a key.
