Nice, clean facility but no onsite parking. Inconvenient since I am in a surgery boot. There for a major concert and they offered shuttle to the event but only had one van. Long waits. Also told us no issue for airport shuttle. To just come down and theyd have a ride. Turned out again only one van and it had just left. At least half hour wait. Luckily we had a car handy to take family member to airport.

Easy Check-In, relatively clean room, consistent housekeeping. Area nearby wasn't the prettiest but a short walk from downtown Des Moines. Parking lot was under construction and inconvenient

Parking structure under construction, made it very inconvenient. Noisy room location if you plan to stay in a room with a view of Des Moines Downtown. Bathroom dirty with leftover hair from previous stay, empty bottle of amenities (shampoo, conditioner). No soap bar provided in bathroom. Overall stay was ok, only recommend for a night stay — not anything longer than that.

Parking lot was closed off. We had to walk quite a bit with all of our luggage to a lot that was not close. It was raining on and off. No signs about it until you pulled up the drive. I would not have picked this hotel had I known. And I paid a steep price for it. I will not be back.
