Everything about our stay was great. Our host was more than accommodating and timely with responses. Perfect location for nightlife, food, and entertainment. We would love to come and stay again!

Perfect location for downtown food and the Saturday Farmers Market. It is small but everything we needed, more than 2 adults would be tight. Bed was very comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was a food trailer parked outside and ran a very loud generator Friday and Saturday til early morning hours. Not a dealbreaker for us and certainly not the property’s fault, we used headphones to go to sleep. Also be aware there are steps to the unit, again, not an issue for us. Chelsea was prompt with replies and very nice.

Location, location, LOCATION

Absolutely amazing spot! The room was stocked with dishes and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I was a huge fan of having live plants in the room. It was such a great stay and host communication was exceptional! I could go on and on about how much I loved this trip. It will definitely be a vacation my husband and I talk about for years to come.

Chelsea was a fantastic host! She is very friendly and was quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you Chelsea for being so easy to work with and for being able to come and assist my 18 year old son when he had trouble getting in! You're a gem!

Location was perfect for our stay during the IMT Marathon. The kitchen helped to prep meals. Loved the cozy feel of the apartment and great living room to relax in. Will definitely stay again.

This apartment serves as a cozy residence, well-suited for two individuals, although it may feel somewhat confined for four people and their luggage. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the Wi-Fi and television, but the manager responded promptly with effective solutions. This apartment is perfect for the 70.3 Ironman Des Moines weekend. It's worth noting that this location does not offer private parking; however, there are several parking structures within a one-block radius. I had no issues parking my vehicle overnight on the street for free. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again.

- Was able to find location without issue - Space was as shown and explainedPros: a few really nice electronic inclusions such as a motion activated trash can. Owner was very nice to work with. Cons: Could have used an extra towel and second roll of toilet paper "just in case". To be mindful of when booking: - A/C is a window unit- may make really hot days challenging.- Unit is next to a parking lot for a bar that is open *very* late. It may be very loud. Please look at ground level street view for further information. - You will not be able to park on the street nearby during the Farmer's Market operation.
