It needs some updating and the bathroom was dirty and had bugs. ok for a last minute quick stay. The staff was nice however.

Not the best but cheap

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. I waited until 6:40am and the person working could not get it together so I left. My room was not really clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bath tub was nice work good hot water.

The room wasnt clean. Took off my shoes and stepped in something crunchy. Looked closer looked like food was spilled and poorly cleaned. The room only had 1 towel. Pool said it would have towels so to not take any from the room. There were none. The staff were nice though.

It was the worse hitel i have ever seen. Check in was great the young girl. Very helpful. She said just a minute i want to check your room. 5pm at night she came back with sheets so she must have changed the bed.in room, no TV, no tolet paper, girl came with towels, the sink in bathriom was coming off the wall, floor flooded with water., bathroom was so dirty i would not give our dog a bath there. Windows were broke and taped together at 7:30am vacuum the halls out side looked like no one was there. This place is a Disgrace. And to think the are part of hotel.com. only reason we stayed is wee were tired and the beds were clean did not want to huurt the young girl at the desk. Other people left annd we should have left when they told us out side before going it. Its BAD.

I chose this hotel for price and easy access to the interstate. There were other hotels that were less expensive but not as good in my experience as Baymont properties. My mistake. Other than the room itself, this property was a slum. Hallways and floors were filthy, there was a large bag of garbage full of bees blocking the door to my building, there was a wrecked car with "Runs - Drives" written on it outside my room, some windows were coated with residue, lawn hadn't been weeded or mowed in a long time. I was put in a building completely separate from the lobby, which as a woman traveling alone wasn't reassuring. The chain lock on my door was broken. Room actually was OK, bed comfortable, AC and hot water worked. Fan in bathroom had no cover and mirror was smeared/dirty. TV did not work and a nice maintenance guy tried to fix it but couldn't get the volume to work. I was offered the room next door but the remote control was missing. The area around the hotel is aging industrial park and strip club. If you are with family or traveling alone, I suggest you try a cheaper option as this was not worth the Baymont price.

With the Baymont by Wyndam brand name I expected more. There was no ice bucket or glass, no outlet for the bedside lamp. There was a used washcloth on the shower rod. Breakfast was skimpy, no fruit. NO COFFEE IN LOBBY OR DIDNING ROOM!!! The room itself was a good size. The frontdesk gal was pleasant, getting me a menu for a local restaurant and coming up to help me figure out tv.

I honestly did not end up staying there. The first room they gave me had blood on the sheets (I know, I should have ran then) so I asked for a different room and the second one had multiple bed bugs along with mystery stains on all of the furniture. I never even sat my bag down . No one should ever stay here
