Very comfortable and great for one night stop over - however there was no hot water.

Place to crash.

A place to crash one night by the motorway. Would not want to use it for anything else. Automated code entry to the hotel and room. Little supervision. All feels a little louche. Some people were smoking in the adjoining room and smoke was seeping through the bathroom pipes. It is cheap but I have slept in better for a similar price.

Acceuil séjour .

Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée vers 14h30 15 h , borne non fonctionnelle , obligation d'appeler et sommes dirigés vers un autre hôtel pour avoir notre réservation malheureusement la chambre que nous avions eu n'était pas prête , nous avons de nouveau contacté l'autre hôtel qui cette fois ci nous a trouvé une autre chambre cette fois la bonne et pour s'excuser nous a gentiment offert le petit déjeuné . Nous vous en remercions .

Klein maar fijn.

Kamer was klein. Badkamer was nog kleiner. Maar alles was wel schoon en werkte. Prima douche en zeer vriendelijke medewerkster bij de receptie. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en niet duur. Jammer dat de laadpalen voor de EV's bij het hotel niet werkte.

L'hotel a refusé de vérifier correctement mon pâiement via Expedia et j'ai été forcé (c'est une borne et pas un humain passé une certaine heure, avec une assistance déplorable par interphone) de payer une deuxième fois ma nuit ! Je suis en négociations pour me faire rembourser, mais il est inadmissible qu'une réservation via un site tel qu'Expedia ne soit pas prise en compte correctement par l'hotel. Je cite "nous ne pouvons pas débiter votre carte" alors que ma carte avait été débitée préalablement via Expedia directement (et ce depuis plusieurs jours). Situation inadmissible (et le service client par téléphone est un numéro payant… super le service )

Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas satisfaisant. La chambre est minuscule, le lit grince et il fait une chaleur de dingue dans l'hôtel. La clim ne fonctionne pas Le personnel doit avoir des consignes de rapidité de nettoyage, je n'avais pas mis le message "do not disturb", j'ai été dérangée une première fois à 8h15, une seconde à 9h30. Pourtant les départs sont autorisés jusqu'à 12h ! La literie est bonne. La propreté aussi. Je ne peux pas juger l'accueil je n'ai vu personne dans cet hôtel (arrivée et départ tardif) L'environnement est parfait pour une soirée étape. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité (on peut y aller à pied) Dernier détail, il y a 3 établissements B&B l'un en face de l'autre, on ne sait pas facilement lequel on a réservé.
