Downtown Denver and several sports arena were within walking distance for me. There's plenty of early morning bakery, local lunch spots, and bars in the area. We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity.
