Online check-in was offered but didn’t work.. long line at front desk for check-in, room not ready, which was very inconvenient as we had dinner reservations and concert tickets and neede several items from our luggage and it was very difficult in crowded lobby to retrieve items before having luggage held behind desk. Breakfast at restaurant took a very long time to arrive, people who ordered after us got their meals before we did. No offer to at least reduce cost for our inconvenience. Room was big, comfortable bed.

Gorgeous view. Heavenly bed to rest and refuel. Great friendly staff, very clean room and tons of great amenities. I'll definitely stay here again soon.
