I booked 3 rooms with non smoking but all room smell cigarettes, we asked for change the room but staff said we need to let them know within 20 minutes after check in and they won’t help or change anything for us. So terrible experience

Very noisy motel. People next door was up with kids until 5am screaming tv full blast! Plus I was told at check in I have to pay extra $7 to have heating in the room lol

I like the speedy check in. Room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Specifically, few crumbs on floor/nightstand and toilet seat was sprayed but not wiped. I worked hotels before. However, pleased with price I paid and probably will stay here again on next visit.

First room was dirty, with blood stained, amongst other unpleasant smells & sights. Was given another room, not much better, decided just to deadbolt & put everything in front of the door as well as sleep in clothes & leave as soon as my daughter waked up.

Maid service knocks on your door 4-6 times a day after you decline there service the 1st time. Threatening to kick me out and not give a refund for refusing maid service 2 days in a row (bc my property was moved on 2nd day staying here) Extremely rude managers. Yelling at people for nonsense and making assumptions. Maid service is in organized.

The room had an off smell to it, like someone tried to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke, but didn't do a great job. The bed was very old and couldn't even hold up my mother who only weighs 116lbs. The room did not match the photos. There was water damage go the furniture, and the curtains were pretty heavily damaged as well. Overall, not a comfortable stay. The only upside was that I was able to check in quite a bit early.

The heating blows forced air over the bed making it very uncomfortable to fill the draft all night. The room smells of smoke and the bathroom smells of marihuana.

The only thing I did not like about my stay was the fact that you can pay for the same price at other hotels with a microwave and fridge. TV was great and modern. The area might have some safety issues, but that was expected for what you paid for....Cleanliness was average outside, but has clean rooms.

The girls at the front desk are very sweet and very helpful with getting my room fixed when I booked for the wrong day I was very stressed about it and they helped me fix it and these are all the night girls that work the desk at night so thank you very much you guys are awesome.

I stay at here almost every visit to Denver and it always does it’s job! Provides me with a quiet place to sleep and hold my belongings while I’m out enjoying the city! The staff are always extremely helpful and kind couldn’t ask for better service!
