The staff was great, it is rock bottom price, so yeah there are no kitchen pots and pans etc, bring your own towels and TP. It is not dangerous like people have claimed I felt completely safe the whole time. It is a no-smoking facility so people will go outside to smoke. The fact many of them are black to me says those who did not feel safe are fearful racists. If you are on a budget like I was, taking my brother up to the area for heart surgery. It'll get the job done!

Great place to stay, check in was made easy, even for our afterhours check-in, Building, Lot and area felt clean and safe. Great rate and easy access from Highway

Mixed Emotions

The room was clean but a bit outdated. There were a few improvements they could have made. For instance, the shower was not very good. A simple change of the showerhead would have made a significant difference. Additionally, the hallway had a strong smell of marijuana. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was an average experience. It was not too bad for the price.

Ok for price

Staff was nice, they clean your room only 2 times a months, we where there for a 2 week stat and never came to clean, you need to go to the front desk to get your towels exchanged for new ones, and dont forget check out is at 11am, if your late 30mins is $25 fee and if you later 1hr is $50 fee and anything after that is the full security deposit.... other than that safe place and people are nice

Affiliate facility Uptown Suites staff stay great!

While hotels.com overbook the Havanna Street location, I was able to get transferred to the Uptown Suites in Centennial which was much nicer! The staff was very polite and helpful.

Ultimately a nice stay, considering i needed something cheap quick. But the first 4 night i got zero sleep cause my neighbor was blasting their music. Not the hotels fault. Just the type of people who stay there. Anyone who complains about it being unsafe, it's aurora. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT

I booked this for an 8 day vacation, with my sister, having the intent on cooking there for most of our meals to cut back on expenses of eating. The site said it was fully equipped, but there was nothing there to cook with. The fridge had a funky smell to it.

Don’t think of this as a hotel. Think of this more as an apartment style living. There is no housekeeping except once a week and all she does is do the floor and take out the trash. The front desk is only available from 11 to 7 and is not open at all on Sundays. It does not have things such as an ice machine, but there is a kitchenette, including a refrigerator in every unit.

It was the worst experience The hotel is nothing like what is described, it is super horrible. I checked in and when I went up to the room, to my surprise, I felt unsafe. When I entered the building, there were knives lying outside. I'm not sure I was on the property for 10 minutes and they didn't want to return my money. I didn't use the facilities and they didn't return anything to me. The lady said they would charge me for one day, but it wasn't true. They didn't want to return anything to me and my stay was for more than 10 days, so I'm not even giving them one star. It's the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I hope no one goes through the same thing again.

This is not a hotel for a vacation. This hotel is for when you lose a bet or doubled dared. There is nothing good to say. Stove didn't work, bed was horrifically uncomfortable. I think the sheets were of 10 thread count. Room was dirty! If youre on vacation.. don't stay here

Bad customer service. We Ask for our money back because the hotel was unsafe and the guest were smoking weed in the premisas. We were asked to contacto Orbitz where we reserved the room. They asked for a credito card to be on hold in case of am incidente. The person I reserve for was not able to status there for the same reason and we were charce one day.
