Experience Denver like a local at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home! Everyone will love the homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen and the pool table in the fully finished basement. This home is only 20 minutes to Red Rocks, downtown Denver, LoDo, Coors Field, and Mile High Stadium.
Love the outdoors? 10 miles of greenbelt and hiking trails and 130 acres of open space are in the community. Want to wander wild? The Rocky Mountains are only a short drive away for day trips!
The space
This is a perfect getaway space with every amenity and quiet space to indulge in your favorite things. Many trails for walks, bike rides, and hikes within the neighborhood or a short drive away. Space for artists, pianists, and pool players in a fully finished basement with a full bath and bar space. The back deck is perfect for barbecues, a fire, and lounging on the hammock.

Wedding Weekend

We rented for the weekend of our daughters wedding so the extended family on my side from out of town could all stay together. House was clean with plenty of space to hang out and bathrooms to get ready in. Great location as it was close to both of our venues in a nice neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay in Littleton. From the moment we walked in, we knew this house was even better than the pictures online. In fact, the photos do not do it justice. The house was huge and felt like two homes in one because of the finished basement. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and we still had gathering areas that made it feel cozy and welcoming.One of the biggest surprises was the water pressure. It was so good that showers became part of the vacation highlight reel. The outdoor seating area was another favorite spot. After a long day of exploring or an evening at Red Rocks, we enjoyed sitting outside together and soaking in the Colorado atmosphere.The location could not have been better. We were only a short drive from downtown Littleton, which is such a charming place to walk around and grab a bite to eat. It was also incredibly convenient to Denver, Golden, and Morrison, which gave us a lot of variety for things to do each day. Being able to go from a city vibe to a mountain town feel all in one trip made it extra special.We have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one truly stood out. It felt like home, only bigger, more scenic, and a lot more fun. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Colorado getaway.

Very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. 5 bedrooms and plenty of room for our group of 9. The house has a lot of artwork, some vintage furniture, a very nice outdoor space, and several nice gathering areas. Neeli was an excellent and responsive host. We loved our time at the home.

Family Wedding Base

Neeli was a great host, we were there for our daughters wedding. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We gathered for meals all except two evenings and had our own spaces in our downtime. It was within a mile or two of the wedding and the photographer used several areas of the house for photos. a win for all. Great trip and a great stay.

Graduation in Denver!

Our son graduated from college and we had family traveling in from different parts of the country for a few nights. This house was the perfect solution! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, it was able to house 10 of us comfortably. A beautiful, huge kitchen and several living rooms allowed us to enjoy meals together as well as hang out. There’s a pool table in the basement game room and a grill for outdoor cooking. There’s also a park nearby and plenty of tree-lined sidewalks to go for a walk/run. The neighborhood is beautiful and there’s tons of shopping/restaurants within a few miles. The house was immaculate and they provided everything: plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. The kitchen had everything you would ever need along with a coffee maker that can make full pots of coffee or single k-cups. (My family loves coffee!!) There was also a full laundry room with plenty of detergent as well as and iron/ironing board and a steamer. They had a huge TV with satellite/Netflix and their WiFi served everyone just fine. Everyone wished we could have stayed longer!
