It was a comfortable stay and conveniently located close to grocery, dining and shopping. Once I notified them that the heater wasn't working they promptly changed the room for us.

Despite its worn exterior, the room offered solid amenities including a spacious, well-functioning refrigerator, a convenient kitchenette, and attentive customer service. Clean sheets on the bed. No doorknob on bathroom door. Fridge worked great. Furniture had tears and wear. It was a place to sleep so it worked out well, but litter in the stairwell and just outside the elevator was a little disappointing.

Didn’t like anything… 1st room was not clean, 2nd room light switches didn’t work in bathroom. Toilet was at an angle due to water damaged sub flooring. A/C work great and the beds were semi comfortable. Did not have 24hr front desk. Apparently, this property has people living in some units as well.

The room was subpar to say the least. You get what you pay for and there were no clean towels in the room, there appeared to be blood on the floor, and many, many transient folks in the area. The staff is amazing and a joy to work with, just the property itself was less than desirable.

Dingy stairwell. The light ceiling light did not work and I had to grope around in the dark at 2 a.m. to turn on the light by the bed. Was delighted when the night clerk responded quickly. There were so many obviously non functional former call system remnants in the box I had little confidence the AT&T switch with the light would work. It did. I had a comfortable nights sleep. Thank you.

Don't waste your money

This hotel OMG when i arrived the manger was nice i checked in got my key went to my room opened the door. And i couldn't even convenience myself it was ok for 1 night I closed the door went back to the office told him rm was dirty he gave me another one went to that one it was dirty. Rm #3 dirty. He had to actually walk the property to find a decent rm. I told him housekeeping should be fired. Why would you say u cleaned a room thats not clean. Definitely should not be ask for a deposit for this hotel because it not worth it even though i get it back no. This hotel should be shut down a remodeled.
