No A/C available in the room. Several guests had to settle for a portable fan. The ice machine, water fountain and lobby computer for guests were out of order. I want some type of compensation!! Never staying there again.

Great downtown location. Rooms are spacious. However, tech and decor should be updated. No way to stream to TV and tile in bathroom was very worn.
