The room is so wide and clean..good thing I can buy foods from outside and eat in my room ..there is no restriction of this...they have also good food in their restaurant..but I like to taste the local foods from outside the hotel....staffs are friendly..they can provide a ride to drop you anywhere you want in bali ..I wish they have more choices of breakfast.

A good hotel in the process of upgrading the original rooms. Excellent bath and the rooms should be finished soon. Access is by unsurfaced road which will be bad in the rainy season. No pool and the food acceptable. However there are many local warungs and an exceptional Balinese restaurant nearby. With motorbike, the beaches of Sanur are 10 minutes away. Great value!

Hotel is nice, but location is very bad.
Hotel is clean, but it is located quite deep in Denpasar. It is on a dirt road surrounded by residential complexes. It is far from any tourist-friendly establishments (restaurants, ATMs, minimarts etc). The beach is 10 mins by car, and there are no taxis that go through the area (hotel staff can organise a private car but it is expensive). The food was all Indonesian, no English menu. We switched and went to a hotel in Kuta instead. For first time travelers to Bali, kuta is the tourist town. It is right along the beach and is filled with restaurants, hotels, shops, travel agencies, money exchangers, taxis, other tourists etc. Kuta is also about 10-15 mins from the airport.

Dirty Room
-The room was dirty with a smell on the pillow -The aircon, ventilator and TV were not working -The toilet cannot be flushed The host manager was kind to offer to change the room, but they did not show any initiative to improve the room facilities
