Really dismal. Nothing like advertised. They put the prices up to sucker you in with a discount. Appalling all round. Place is filthy. Staff were only semi redeeming factor. Moron guests playing music and having a party late night ruined a perfectly good night’s sleep. Paid for breakfast. No kitchen site let alone restaurant. Not even able to provide cold water. The place for god knows why has been recently repainted. It needs burned to the ground. Out of 10 things they advertise 9 are untrue. Avoid like the plague. Sleep outside on the street with the dogs. Safer and better and way cheaper. Total rip off

Dit hotel is smerig. We zijn weggelopen. Het zit in een super slecht onbereikbare achterbuurt. Het hotel zelf is heel onhygiënisch. De bedlinnen waren allemaal gerot. De douche was in een bad wat smerig was, overal kalkaanslag. Het personeel interesseerde het niet echt. Dit hotel moet van jullie site af.

Pros - Quiet location, lovely staff Small number of guest Comfortable bed Cons - Water smelt very strange!!!! Did not enjoy using it. The fan in my bathroom was so noisey, definitely had something stuck inside of it. Power was off for the first few hours of my stay, which included internet, air con, bathroom light - as there were no bathroom windows I couldn’t see what I was doing. Very poor water pressure in shower. TV did not have very good reception, and only Asian channels Purely because of the water issue (can not explain how strange it smelt, but I did become unwell while staying here) I wouldn’t stay again.

Really friendly staff and a nice room. The shower could use a scrub, it felt a bit dirty. But overall a really good stay.

Better then i thought after reading other reviews

Good location its on a quiet street near the main tourist area. Staff was nice. From reading other reviews the pool looked ok i just was never there to use it. But i did see other quest using the pool. There was a musty smell when i checked in. But i did like a previous quest and closed the drains and closed the bathroom door and left the fan on when i left. Didn't really notice it when i came back. Overall for the price i paid. Under $20 it was worth it

Hidden oasis

Nice large room with a huge comfortable bed and big bathtub with rain shower. Great a/c and plenty of hot water. Small kitchen is a bonus. Very nice pool. Kept the sink/tub drains closed to avoid odor from pipes. In an "out of the way area" which made it extremely quiet and peaceful.

Very inconvenient and dirty hotel.

This hotel is worst I have seen on hotels.com. I have never before done such a low rating. I did not even check in. I couldn't stay there with my infant daughter. The room smelt very bad like mold. I have requested a refund as I didn't use the room because it was unsuitable for is to stay in. Everything was dirty. This hotel should not be offered on your site. It's awful. In addition it's hard to get to and find. I would recommend to anyone to find another place.

Reasonable pricing for the accommodation

Accommodation is in need of refresh...pool was in need of a good clean...I didn't swim in it...room was as website picture, room good size, and bed comfy, however bedding needs replacing...bathroom had great rain shower

Complete misrepresentation of room and facilities

The room is said to be a Villa, it is a studio. It is said to measure 60 sq m it measures 20 sq m. There is mould over the curtains. No fridge or fan in room or coffee making tools. There is a communal kitchen you can use instead. Owner would not take responsibility for putting incorrect information on WOTIF. Very disappointed, left and did not stay.

Not for oldies!

The staff were lovely young boys but the bathroom was a shocker. T turned the tap on And got drenched. There was no was no plumbing, water fell to ground, bath/shower very grubby and no toilet paper!

Location not the best.

We booked through worif and arrived here at the right check in time. Our villa hosts were not expecting us, and could not find our booming nor had they heard of wotif, so there was a bit of confusion to start with. The room was small but cosy and the mosquito net was handy, the bathroom was probably the highlight with a massive stone bathtub that could fit 4. The pool however was covered in ash and grime and was for the 3 nights we stayed there so we did not use it. Breakfast was supposed to be included but anytime we came outside for breakfast there was no one around. And there was no breakfast or facilities to make breakfast ourselves. A tricky place to find, it's on Jl. Bumi Ayu Gang V. Which you won't find on google maps, you just have to keep walking along bumi Ayu until you see the sign on a lightpost

駐車場無料・ＷＩＦＩ無料のネット上の表示が、全くのミス １泊で、チェックアウト２泊は不泊です。 駐車場無しは、路駐という事になります。何かあったときに保障出来るのでしょうか？ ２泊分損しました。お風呂も電気を付けると換気扇がものすごい音を立てるので、電気無しでシャワーを浴びました。現地調査不足！返金して頂きたい気分です。

Mooi hotel ligt wel stukje lopen van het centrum 10 a 15 minuten sommige straatjes zijn best wel donker.wel heerlijk rustig toen wij er waren vier kamers bezet.is meer hotel voor als je wil doorreizen door bali.ontbijt simpel maar als we daar geen zin in hadden gingen we buiten de deur ontbijten. Je voelde je wel veilig in de omgeving van het hotel.goed bevallen .

Arnaque!

Je réserve sur hôtel.com ce logement et je paye par PayPal ! à notre arrivée après une demi-heure de marche avec le gros sac à dos nous arrivons ! et là surprise : on nous dit que le c'est complet mais que le propriétaire de cette villa qui n'est pas là bien sûr à une autre villa a l'autre bout de la ville! pour les deux villas il n'y a seulement que deux jeune homme qui s'occupe de tout! Donc un pour chaque villa! heureusement ils ont été très sympa avec nous et nous ont amené à l'autre villa avec le sac de 25 kg sur le dos sur un scooter! Assez folklorique je dois avouer! Ils ont également appelé un taxi à 5h du matin le lendemain pour qu'on puisse aller à l'aéroport! Ils ont vraiment été très sympa.dommage que le patron de l'hôtel ne le sois pas on aurait aimé avoir une réduction pour ce cette mésaventure ! Enfin pour conclure l'hôtel est propre et plutôt luxueux mais je vous conseille d'autres hôtels à sanur beaucoup plus sympa!

Hotel básico

Es un hotel acorde con su precio. Se encuentra cerca de la calle principal, el problema de su ubicación es que esta entre unos callejones bastante difíciles de encontrar y más de noche. El desayuno es pobre al igual que el wifi. Pero se encuentra en buenas condiciones.

Disappointing...but what to expect for the price..

The pictures on the web give a false impression, the pool is in front of the ground floor units, we were put upstairs with a view of the roofs, no mini-bar we could stock,TV reception lousy,and on arrival totally no water for shower and toilet, big spiderwebs behind the head boards were the lamps plug in,the laneway location is quite a walk from the centre, and breakfast although well tried by the jack-of-all-trades, is rather simple, we booked the next day in nearby Nike Villas as we had 3 more days left.

Günstig und für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp okay

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus Rührei oder Omelett mit Toast. Also wirklich kein gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist ganz okay man muss jedoch einige Minuten zur Hauptmeile laufen. Die Gegend erschien uns jedoch sicher. Handtücher wurden leider nicht einmal gewechselt in 6 Tagen und das Badezimmer kann schonmal anfangen vom Abfluss her zu stinken. Wir haben uns für ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk entscheiden da das untere welches wir zuerst gesehen hatten sehr feucht war und uns auch kleiner erschien.
