Shower was disgusting. Mould in all the grout. I had very bad reaction and am still suffering from this

Dear Mrs. Ryan, We understand that your recent stay fell short of your expectations, however, the AC that you have complained is new and clean. Our in-house technician checked again and found no mould. As for the grout in the shower, those were marks/paint and we can guarantee that all our motel rooms have gone through their preventive maintenance and deep cleaning as scheduled. Upcoming renovations are also scheduled some time this year.

Everything within walking distance. Great view of the ocean and surroundings. Long drive in but worth it. Loved shark bay.

Large room but not up to a 4 star rating.
Disappointed with accommodation after 4 star rating on website. Room was large however furniture needs updating. The fridge in room 1 desperately requires replacing. It is the first thing you notice when you enter, it looks very dirty but actually is very rusty and automatically gives you an unwelcoming feeling.

Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is great, right across the beach. Make sure to call ahead for dinner at The Old Pearler. Best food in town, supposedly, but small, so they don't take walk-ins.

I accidentally reserved a room for two days starting January 31, I arrived December 31! The reception was awesome, she politely switched my booking with no additional charge and contacted Expedia for me. I think that is exceptional especially considering it was New Years Eve.

Spacious room with friendly service
Spacious room with big bed, ample storage space and sitting area. Decor is slightly dated but sufficiently clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and plenty of parking. Convenient location with two petrol station nearby and waterfront views. The standout point would be the staff: super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us locate and send some items we accidentally left behind. Amazing stay for us and would stay again.

So booked the ocean view room but got one at the back side of the hotel after driving 12 hours the last thing i wanted to do was track down the person to sort the problem other then that was good place friendly people they even left the key with the bar keep as i was arriving after closing witch was good only problem was i payed more for the ocean view room and didnt not get it

Lovely view! The guy doing the blowing with his blower needs to be more mindful of vehicles - our car was absolutely sandblasted! Great bed but maintenance (ie blocks of wood under the bed and foam around power points to stop it pushing into the wall need attention. Lovely lovely staff.

The resort was clean, the beds very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The location is convenient and good parking. The restaurant food was good. The receptionist was helpful and lovely.

The property was in a fantastic location and given the lack of restaurants in Denham it was good to have one attached to the property. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. All that said, the hotel was a little run down and could do with a facelift.

Great hotel, spacious room & close to everything
We were surprised how big the rooms are and were happy with it. The location is very good and its across the road from the beach. Local stores, bottle-o's and lunch/dinner options were nearby. Noise wasn't an issue and staff were friendly. The meals at the pub were fantastic but expect to pay a lot in this country town. The room rates was reasonable. Highly recommended.
