"Staff was awesome, but a few maintenance items I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. The room was comfortable, loved the views, pool center & games were great. "

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "

"Very good communication and help readily available. The house was super clean and very well stocked with plenty of linens available as well. Snow removal was quick and efficient and all walkways were shoveled as well,Only trouble was hot water took forever to get and needed to be run for a ridiculous amount of time to even get warm. All in all we enjoyed our stay."

"We love to come to the white mountains for the fall and usually stay in the conway region, but this year we decided to venture to a different area. Well the was a great idea since we enjoyed the area a lot. The private area on the lake made it even more fun, the kayaks that are available for guest use are great, we will need stay in the summer so we enjoy the paddle boat. The new game room addition was enjoyed by all of us. Only sad part was that we could not use the fire place in the home, but we understand why...."
