Brunos Haus in Riumar

Es war ein toller ruhiger und familiärer Urlaub. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe vom Strand. Es gibt auf jeden Fall schöne Spazierstrecke mit dem Kinderwagen. Ein toller, sonnengeschützter Spielplatz für die Kleinen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele gute Tipps von Bruno bekommen und danken ihm sehr dafür. Der Strand ist groß und sauber, der Eingang ins Meer ist super für die Kinder geeignet, da man erst nach ca. 20 Meter die Tiefe erreicht. Im Haus war alles drin was man für den Aufenthalt gebraucht hat. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Ein toller Ort zum entspannen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr strandnah. Das Ebro Delta lädt dazu ein die nähere Umgebung mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir die Reisernte miterleben. Bruno ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Vielen Dank dafür! Abschließend noch ein paar Anregungen. Das Interieur der Küche (ohne Elektrogeräte) könnte etwas modernisiert werden und die Nutzbarkeit der Dachterrasse würde aus unserer Sicht die Unterkunft nochmal aufwerten.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en août dans la maison de Bruno. Elle est fonctionnelle et très propre. L'emplacement est vraiment près d' une superbe plage, avec peu de monde. Pas de soucis particulier avec les moustiques.. Un endroit tranquille, peut être un peu trop pour nous. Nous nous y sommes bien reposé. Merci à Bruno pour sa disponibilité.

Séjour reposant dans le Delta de l'Ebre

Endroit calme. La maison a tout ce dont on a besoin pour être à l'aise, clim, ventilateurs, espaces ombragés. Bruno a été un hôte très sympathique et attentionné, merci pour les conseils avisés d'un local ! Riumar est une petite ville calme mais avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les plages sont très grandes, propres, le sable est hyper fin, nous n'avons jamais été gênés par la foule. Le delta est un endroit formidable à visiter à pied, en vélo et en bateau !

Maison à 2 pas de la plage, très bien équipée et climatisation fort appréciable durant la canicule. Riumar est un petit village, pas beaucoup d'animation/ commerce, mais parfait pour un séjour en famille loin des plages surpeuplées de touristes. Adapté pour des enfants en bas âge. Bruno est très sympathique et a tout mis en œuvre afin que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande.

Bonita y cuidada casita junto a la playa de Riumar. Fácilmente se llega andando y a super también. Casa muy cuidada y muy limpia. 3 amplias habitaciones. Con AA en toda la casa. Amplio jardín con barbacoa. Bruno acogedor y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento. Destino ideal para niños pequeños.

Està situat molt a prop de la platja i del supermercat, es pot anar caminant als dos llocs. Al jardí, les dues moreres donen força ombra, i la casa per dins és molt còmoda. La platja és força plana i poc fonda, a la desembocadura de l’Ebre es pot anar caminant.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Bruno. Tout d’abord merci à lui pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Concernant la maison elle correspond parfaitement à la description et aux différents avis : propre, fonctionnelle, climatisation, terrasse, barbecue,… Située dans un quartier très calme et à 400m à pied d’une très grande plage. Un endroit merveilleux, une plage à perte de vue, une eau émolliente dans laquelle on se laisse volontiers bercer tout ça à 200 mètres de la location. Eau peu profonde par moment ce qui convient parfaitement aux enfants. Maison propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Hôtes très sympathiques disponibles et de bons conseils. Un Spar où faire ses courses sans sortir la voiture. Pas plus de moustiques qu’ailleurs. Bref c’est super!

Bruno est un hôte très attentionné et agréable, et la communication avec lui a été idéale. La maison est vraiment idéalement placée, et elle est très fonctionnelle et surtout très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette station balnéaire calme et qui bénéficie d'une plage immense particulièrement adaptée aux familles. Ne craignez pas les moustiques: nous en avons moins souffert qu'à Toulouse! Nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison de Bruno et Conchi qui est très confortable et conforme à nos attentes. La station balnéaire est très calme et ideal pour des adultes véhiculé, la plage et les commerces de proximité sont à 5 minutes à pied. Bruno est de bon conseils et très réactif comme sa femme qui nous ont été d'une grande aide. Je conseil cette maison et ses propriétaires très serviable et amicaux. Conforme au descriptif

Très bon séjour à Riumar. Les propriétaires sont aussi chaleureux que leur maison.Ils ont été très soucieux de notre confort et ont pris le temps de nous détailler tous les centres d'intérêts de la région. Location conforme aux photos, très propre, très bien équipée et idéalement située:plage et un Spar à 2mn à pieds. La plage était très sécurisante pour nos enfants de 8 et 4 ans car il y avait très peu de vagues et de profondeur sur le bord. La douche extérieure était très pratique au retour de la plage! Nous avons profité de la terrasse couverte et du barbecue...ainsi que des moustiques très nombreux le soir. Cela n'a cependant en rien gâché notre séjour car il nous a suffit de s'équiper d'anti-moustiques. Encore merci à Bruno et son épouse et à une prochaine fois nous l'espérons pour une partie pêche au gros!!!

Maison charmante et accueil chalheureux

Les premiers échanges par mail avec Bruno et Concha, annonçaient une location de qualité et un bon accueil. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. La maison est petite mais bien suffisante pour 5 personnes. Très bien équipée (les ventilateurs de plafond, tous neufs, un par pièce!) et impeccable, nous en avons apprécié le confort. La plage à pied, juste au coin de la rue, c'était un vrai bonheur. Tout près à pied aussi, un supermarché, des commerces (tabac presse, pizzeria, boulanger etc) et plusieurs restaurants font de Riumar une localité bien équipée. D'ailleurs question restau, on conseille la Casa Nuri à proximité. à Deltebre (10 mn en voiture) on trouve aussi des supermarchés, un marché, tous les commerces et une excellente coopérative avec de délicieux produits. La région est riche en ballades et en visites à faire. Nous avons même vu les flamands roses du delta ! Les moustiques sont présents mais pas plus qu'ailleurs. Avec des sprays répulsifs et des prises, nous n'avons pas souffert. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Bruno et de Concha ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable ! Merci à vous ! Si on revient dans la région, ce qui n'est pas impossible, c'est votre maison qu'on louera de nouveau !
