Note: The Appartemens are not alone but exclusively rented together with the main house. For internal use by the private holiday home by the owner (2nd Main House), is a common use for the garden and the pool.

This beautifully situated holiday home consists of a main house and two other apartments. It is located about three minutes walk from the sandy beach guarded Riumar removed.

In the main house for six people plenty of space for a relaxing family holiday. In addition to a living room with separate dining area you will find three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. At the kitchen adjoins a small storage room, located in the dishwasher and washing machine are located. This space can be used as a storeroom. The beautifully designed bedrooms are furnished with six single beds put together.

The two apartments can be reached by separate external stairs. The right apartment, consisting of a combined living / sleeping area with an open kitchen and a full shower room, can accommodate three people.

In the second apartment also find three people plenty of space. This is furnished with a single and a double bed. Thus find a total of twelve people a lot of space. Ideal for holidays with friends or large families!

Also for our younger guests, this holiday home plenty of space to set up several Kinderreisebettchen. The large covered terrace overlooking the garden and its manicured lawn is sure to be an ideal meeting place for the whole family, with a hearty breakfast under the Spanish morning sun. From here, you also have the large sunny pool area in view and your children while bathing, paddling and romp in the pool always keep in mind.

For the masters of barbecue a nice barbecue area is available, so that he can treat the grill the whole family with various delicacies. Plenty of seating and sunbathing facilities are available.

On the property several cars and / or trailers have space. Additional parking spaces are directly in front of the house.

Amenities: Fully equipped small inventory, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and a toaster. All television and radio programs you receive via a satellite system.

Security: All windows are mosquito nets and grids attached. The front door and the kitchen door at the main house are additionally provided with a lockable screen door. Both apartments are also equipped with an additional lockable steel door. The entire plot (1000m²) is fenced.

Services: In order to enjoy your holiday, please contact Mr. Beck and the service team is on site to answer any questions and diagnose problems available. Just one phone call and it will be immediately taken care of everything. Our service also includes regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for free. If you ever need a buggy, no problem, even these are available free at your disposal.


"Dogs are welcome in Riumar!" - More than just a slogan.

For dog owners: Your (s) Dog (s) are welcome in all our houses. Riumar is set to quadruped. For many years, dogs are 'tolerated' in unguarded stretch of beach. Since 2013 there is an official dog beach in Riumar. One of the few on the Costa Dorada. Animal feed German dog food and veterinarians are in the immediate vicinity.
