  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This remodeled cottage features a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Spend your days either relaxing in the quiet patio surrounded by greenery or walk to Pineapple Grove or the Ave for a drink or bite to eat.

    Enjoy time at the beach with your friends and family and in the evening take a stroll through the historic district soaking in the real culture of Delray Beach.

    Cozy, cottage feel. The two bedrooms have plenty of space and the living room is a great gathering area! The quaint kitchen and luscious green patio has everything you need to have delicious dinners for a night in.

Great location

Very nice location in Delray Beach. Very quiet; except for the Brightline train which runs by periodically a couple blocks away. My husband and I visited Delray Beach to attend the men's tennis event, and it was an easy, beautiful walk to get there; plus to lots of great restaurants. Never used our car after we pulled into the driveway. A Publix is about three blocks away.
