My booking was never reflecting.

Very bad, Expedia booking done on your website doesn't reflect in the hotel ledger. Had to hop in 2 locations, where there was no electricity. Walked out.

Thank you for the horrible experience.

I used the airport pick-up service offered by the hotel late at night, but the driver took us to the different lousy hotel. Next day I found out this and called the hotel manager. The manager said "There was no room, so we sent you another hotel in chain". You know what? We had booked 3 DAYS in advance :) Hotel manager said it is a chain hotel, but the location was far away and the room was so clod with full of dust. Next day I could finally stay in the right hotel I paid for, when I made a strong protest against the 'Royal residence on MG road' I couldn't have a refund or proper respond from hotel for that 1 day. Instead the manager told me that the hotel will provide airport pick-up & dropping service from hotel side, BUT after all, hotel asked me to pay for the pick-up & dropping service. "NO NO MADAM YOU PAY, Hotel provides service, you pay" This hotel receives guests at the same price but sends them to another low-leveled hotel. Such hotel should disappear. Thank you for the horrible experience. 늦은 밤이라 일부러 호텔에서 제공하는 픽업서비스를 이용했는데 밤늦게 도착한 우리를 다른 먼지투성이 수준 낮은 호텔에 몰래 데려감. 호텔측에서는 남은 방이 없어서 체인인 다른 호텔에 넘겼다고 하지만 우리는 3일전에 미리 예약했음ㅡㅡ.나중에 드라이버 실수라고 말바꿨지만 드라이버가 전화로 주소 확인하고 지금 가고있다고 보고하는거 다 들었음. 그 하루에 대해서 환불이나 적절한 조치도 없었고, 대신 공항 픽업이랑 드롭핑 서비스를 호텔측에서 제공해준다고 했으면서 체크아웃하니 호텔이 제공해줄테니 너가 돈을 내라고 함. "노노 마담 유 페이~ 유 페이~" 남은 방이 없어도 같은 가격으로 손님을 받고 다른 곳으로 보내는 호텔. 언어 안 통하면 꼼짝없이 돈 다 내고 후진 호텔에서 묵는 상황이 올 것. 이런 호텔은 사라져야 한다.

Nice, friendly and Very close to MG Road Area

It's located 2 small street next to MG Road, J10 Street and Unit10. Was hard to find location in mid night arrival, but there is a sign with small triangle on left gate pole. Close from MG Road, main street, but so quite and comfortable in side as well. Staff is friendly and Restaurant in half basement was good too. In Sahara Mall crossing the street from hotel has shopping, dining and movie facility. Very convenience. Supermarket and liquor shop on its next too. Metro Station - Sikanderpur and MG Road are both walk distance. Recommend for both short and long stay in Gurgaon.
