Cozy 4-bedroom house in enchanting Bushkill with private hot tub & game room

"The community had everything we needed. The host answered my questions promptly and thoroughly and also accommodated us with earlier check in. We didn't use the grill , but we did use the hot tub and loved the basement full of games and activities . We would stay there again."

"We stayed here for a late summer family vacation. The home was lovely, very clean, and perfect for the four of us. We got a lot of use of the sun room and the game room in the basement. The pool table and darts board are well loved (a.k.a. could let my kids try them without worrying about ruining them). There are plenty of linens and pillows, and kitchen appliances, but not too many disposables/consumables on hand if you forget to pack something. Communication with host was excellent and fast. I had a minor question and got an answer almost immediately through the app.The gated community is nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, though didn't get to use it as much as I wanted. The downside is that coming and going is slightly inconvenient. We didn't make enough use of the community facilities to make up for the hassle, though others probably would. Its close to gas, restaurants, and grocery shopping while still giving a semi-secluded experience.Definitely enjoyed our first trip to the Poconos!"

"The property is beautiful. The house as well. If it wasn't for the fact we left the dogs at home with a sitter, I would never want to leaveThere's a calming energy here. Peaceful. The deer were my favorite thing by far of the trip. They nestle at night on the other side of the driveway. It's amazing how well they coexist with their human neighbors. Totally unfazed. Every morning we had coffee with mama and baby. My husband was sick the entire time so we didn't get to adventure, but the property is so relaxing it didn't even matter. Patrick was great. Very patient with me texting him. Very polite. The whole experience was a delight and he would love to come stay again. My only two complaints were my husband being sick and we didn't get to experience any bears lol.nothing at all to do with the property and host Thank you Patrick for allowing us to use your beautiful home. 10/10 ,"

"Our family of 7 adults and 2 young children had a perfect vacation here. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, the kayak, the canoe, bbq, fire pit, community beach and pool. Jose was very responsive to our requests. Some updates are needed to justify the high cost. These were communicated to the owner."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we loved it. The house has everything you might need plus all the little touches that make it feel like home. It’s private and in a quiet area where deer come to graze. There are tons of fun activities nearby like hiking, kayaking, and swimming. We definitely would recommend this place!"

"The house was very clean. The host was very responsive. My only feedback would be there was only 1 small spoon so we had to buy plastic spoons and the front yard needed some curb appeal- lots of weeds and the address marker was falling over but I’m sure that can all be easily addressed. The back yard was great and the inside was perfect!"
