Beautiful Lake Cottage - Great for large families or group events!

We’d love to host you in our newly built, lake view homes in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, we offer two homes on the same lot in Lake Delavan - great for large families.

The first home is three levels with over 3,000 sq/ft, 5 bedrooms and a large bunk-room and can sleep 16 comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have king beds both with en-suite bathrooms, the other three bedrooms have queen beds. The bunk room has two queens over twin bunks. The lower level also has a foosball table.

The second home is almost 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and it can sleep 6 comfortably. The master has an en-suite bath and a king bed, the other two rooms have queens.


All bedrooms have flat screen TV's including both family rooms and the lower level bunk room. Enjoy two brand new homes right next to each other with new kitchens, new furniture and new appliances.

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.
