"Very nice place to stay. It still states on their website that there is a shared refrigerator on site but they do not have it anymore. So I had to scramble and get ice for my cooler. Other than that little hiccup it was a great place to stay."

"Inez and David are excellent hosts - extremely homey environment, excellent breakfast selection, and overall great humans! I stayed in the Bear’s Den for 3 months for work, and I am so happy I chose this bed and breakfast over a hotel. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, driveway parking, great air conditioning, mini fridge in the room. Ask Inez to make cookies they are great! 10/10, would recommend to anyone traveling through Burlington, IA."

"Our stay was exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better home for out 4 day stay. Everything was so clean and roomy. Great kitchen area and 2 living rooms with a very nice TV 📺. I will be rebooking again in the future. The host was most helpful and kind."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House! There was just the two of us so only used the bedroom w/king size bed. SUPER comfortable! This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! It was very quiet! Great A/C! Very, very clean! We highly recommend the Cozy House when passing through the Wever, Burlington, Biggsville area. Joe & Kathy"
