"Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. "The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!"
