It was heavenly. Perfectly located in the centre of town and close to everything. The room possessed the charm of the old building but with modern luxuries. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast set you up for the day. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit.

Great location, plenty of car park space within the property. Our room was on the 2nd floor, stairs only. Lovely, comfy room, clean, good size bathroom with shower. Dinner was great in the restaurant. Breakfast had cereal at buffet, then order cooked from menu. Good meals. Great staff, friendly, good history of hotel with links to JW Lees.
We had two nights, happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Beachside Guest House! Everything from the location, Sheryl and her staff, our lovely quiet room and a wonderful breakfast to name just a few of the things we enjoyed. Unfortunately we had to change our booking and could only be there for one night which was very disappointing given how wonderful the guest house was.
